Appellant Tom Tuan Nguyen sued appellees George H. Woodley and Marcy T. Woodley for specific performance on an earnest money contract between the parties involving a home listed for sale in Fort Bend County. The Woodleys counter-claimed for damages resulting from Nguyens alleged breach of the earnest money contract, declaratory relief, and attorneys fees.
